I believe that there are no accidents in the Universe, that everything happens for a reason, and that you’ve been divinely guided to meet me here. Your health and fitness is at an all time high, and you are glowing with vibrant energy. Your whole life is being lived at a high vibration and you are livin’ the dream.

Take another moment now and picture this, breathe it in- what it feels like to have everything you want.

Okay.

How was that for you? Did you REALLY feel it? Do you feel like it is inevitable? Have you forgiven and let go of the past so completely that you can conjure the picture so clearly in your mind’s eye so you can just taste it, touch it, step into it NOW?

Or did you catch fuzzy or disconnected glimpses of your dream life? Did you have a hard time believing that you could attract all of this to you? Were there lingering doubts that this is even possible?

Or were you just numb and going through the motions, not really feeling anything?

Just notice what came up for you.

Those thoughts that came up are a part of your core beliefs. Some of them were conscious and some of them may have been unconscious.

Here’s the deal: your unconscious negative beliefs, if left unchecked and unchanged, will decide your fate in life and love.
